Quick Updates: Bookmarks + PWYW

Hey-oh all!

Just a quick update: with the completion of the bundle for Palestine I'm switch to a pay what you want model. Thank you to the two folks who bought the game when it was still eight bucks, and let me know if you'd like reimbursement. As well as that, I've updated the PDF to have bookmarks. Could have sworn I did that before launch, but the game is now much easier to navigate.
